This series consists of ten books all following the life and ways of people in Botswana, mainly the day to day running of the detective agency. These books show the slow paced way of life which you emmerse yourself in during this lovely relaxed and descriptive read. Highly recommended.

Terry Pratchett's Discworld

Terry Pratchett's Discworld Novels. Terry is my favourite author of all time. I have put them all together because they're all excellent. I do like some more than others though, the first pratchett I read was Reaper Man, and that started my love of the series!

Everyone has a favourite character or group of characters, which makes you want to read more about them and follow their exploits through the series.

I hope we are able to continue to visit Discworld for awhile to come yet and that Terry is well enough to write them!

Water for Elephants

This book was recommended by a friend and I wasn't dissappointed. It was well written and very descriptive, you could really imagine being there in the Big Top! I completely lost myself in this book and was sorry to finish it.

No time for goodbye

Wanting to tell people how good this book is was the reason I've started this blog!

It's quite an easy read and only took afew days but that's because I couldn't put it down. It's intriguing and exciting and I really didn't know how it would end. I did guess one part of it, but didn't know how or why. I would strongly recommend this book to everyone, it's now one of my favourites.
